night to feed the fire, hauling buckets of water to livestock and working for a living, DH is just plumb wore out!

We’re really enjoying the cats this winter—they’re always draped all over everybody. It really is very cozy!
As usual the cat has the right ideer! Geez, it takes so much energy to stay warm. I go on the usual hikes and walks that generally energize me, and I’m totally zapped half way in. Foof. It’s time to conserve. This pic is gloriferous inspiration.
I know—we’re all completely exhausted by nightfall!
How cozy! I know this cold snap, 12+ days under 25 degrees, would not have been doable without my cats! Wonderful picture!
