In Need of a Barn

One of the problems with tarp shelters, is that you have to constantly tweak them. ED and I just spent the morning tightening up the sheep shelter in anticipation of lots of wind and rain this afternoon and evening. I dread windy forecasts—they’re the hardest to deal with. I should really get a picture of this particular tarp structure—it’s ugly, but pretty functional. I’m looking forward to the day we can start a new barn!

Welcome!

After over five years of blogging on Blogger, I’ve finally decided it’s time for a change. I’m still finding my way around here, but wordpress looks like it’s going to be lots of fun!

Thanks for coming over for a visit!

Snowy Ride

Our first snow of the season—not counting a few flurries. It’s nice, because DH and Bernard went out and bought a Christmas tree day before yesterday, and I think we’ll decorate it this evening. A pot of chili and maybe some cookies, and we’ll be all set!
