Well, as DH just said, so far so good! We’ve kept a fire going in the cookstove all day; it’s chilly out there! And they’re calling for frost tonight.

Some very nice folks from Maine just stopped by, and they said it gets nice like this at the end of June up there, so I guess I should just quit my griping. (Nice like this—it’s freezing!)

Anyway, happy Beltaine, everybody. In spite of the weather, it’s the first day of summer.
